Green Camp is an innovative program within AYANA Resort Bali that aims to educate and inspire especially young participants (ages 4 to 17 years old) to become environmental leaders. Through hands-on activities, workshops, and immersive experiences, Green Camp empowers youth to make a positive impact on the environment and communities around them.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as the Green Camp Apprentice Assistant Facilitator. This role will work closely with AYANA Green Camp Lead and Junior Facilitators to ensure the smooth operation of Green Camp Ayana. 

You must have a passion for working with children and commit to environmental education.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of camp activities, including daily schedules and special events
• Co-lead programs and activities
• Supervise campers during all activities and ensure their safety and well-being at all times
• Assist with the set-up and clean-up of camp facilities and equipment
• Provide support and guidance to campers as needed
• Communicate effectively with campers, staff, and parents as needed
• Maintain accurate records and reflection’s on campers' attendance, behavior, and progress
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings as required
• Demonstrate commitment, reliability, punctuality, and responsible behavior
• Ability to role model positive attitude and high energy

• Prior teaching/leading experience either indoors or outdoors is preferable, particularly with children
• High interest in and knowledge of the natural world and sustainability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Physically fit and dependable, able to work long hours with groups of students in nature
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Have a CPR, First Aid, or AED certification is a plus
• Diploma in Education, Communication, or other relevant fields. Fresh graduates are welcome

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Assist with the coordination of meetings and events within the Food & Beverage department
• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation
• Assist with the coordination of events and special promotions within the Food & Beverage department
• Assist with inventory management and procurement process
• Organize and maintain files and documents
• Handle administrative requests and queries from the team
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence

• Minimum of 1 years' experience in the same or related position in a large luxury resort or hospitality industry
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail with accuracy, multitasking, and problem solving skills
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Diploma in F&B Division, Hospitality, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
