Deskripsi pekerjaan :

• Mempelajari dan menguasai produk Perusahaan berikut sistem operasi yang digunakan
• Melakukan implementasi produk termasuk setup system, training dan supervisi kepada klien
• Melakukan implementasi di project dalam/luar kota/negeri secara teratur
• Membuat laporan pertanggungjawaban atas hasil implementasi yang dikerjakan
• Menjaga hubungan baik dengan client/customer

• Providing IT Support for Bosch Indonesia users following IT Service Management processes
• Operation of End Client Devices (IT Fleet Management and Manage Print Services), including of support and troubleshooting for all Bosch Indonesia locations
• Supporting Bosch Indonesia colleagues in their role as Local IT Infrastructure Partner and Local Services Support roles.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, and industry-specific standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IT compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular internal audits of IT systems, processes, and data security measures.
• Work closely with the IT and legal teams to identify and mitigate IT compliance risks.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to integrate governance practices into IT operations.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Deep understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, etc.

- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.

- Diagnose and resolve technical problems both on-site and remotely.

- Maintain and update system documentation and hardware inventory.

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and software applications.

- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for business applications
