Definisi Job Function Compliance, Legal, And Audit:

Menjalankan fungsi audit internal perusahaan (aktivitas perencanaan strategis audit, pengembangan audit perusahaan, pengelolaan bisnis proses, serta delivery audit), pengelolaan fungsi legal perusahaan (aktivitas perikatan hukum, legal business partner, legal & compliance),  pengelolaan Risk & Compliance (pengelolaan risiko-risiko finansial, risiko operasional, risiko strategis, dan pengelolaan bisnis proses), pengelolaan regulasi serta memastikan ketaatan yang konsisten terhadap standar dan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan dalam sebuah organisasi untuk memenuhi atau melampaui kualitas yang diharapkan.

Jobdesc :

• Handling legal review

・Legal Drafting, contract review, and legal opinion

・Legal permit, extension certification, license

・Labor law and industrial relation

・Expertise in OSS Application

・Responsible directly report to Legal Manager

• Responsible for the entire operation, staff and equipment of the Security Department.
• Delegate to supervise the entire manager section within the Department, and to assist them in preparing work schedules.
• Maintain a Hotel logbook on incidents, complaints etc. and refer them, if required to the appropriate department for follow up action.

•Assists the Management, employees, and guests in every way that is consistent with the protection and prevention objectives.

•Conduct ALERT program to educate employees on how to effectively respond to emergencies and incidents.

•Conduct all criminal investigations, put up accompanying investigation papers and reports cases which occur within the Hotel.
