Job Description:

You will play a key role in supporting our team by ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Your responsibilities will include:

• Adjust raw data to align with clients' templates and specifications.
• Utilize provided resources to fill in any vacant data fields.
• Reach out to campaign participants as needed to verify or gather additional information.

Requirements :

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Comfortable in working with numbers.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged, 1-2 years’ experience is a plus.

• Available to work a 3 to 6 month internship.
• Ready to work in a hybrid role; Monday and Friday (WFA); Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (WFO) at Menara Sentraya, Blok M, South Jakarta.

Main Responsibilities

PR : Influencer & Community Pillar

Outreach & Strategy :

• Research and brainstorm on new potential influencer names that fits to Love, Bonito Indonesia’s brand image, collection styles and campaign objective 
• Plan weekly influencer line-up based on historical traffic target (under guidance of manager)
• Help to do KOL outreach (existing and new), negotiate rate (based on historical guide) and posting date based on SOW (statement of work) 
• In doing communication and KOL outreach, intern should maintain good relationship with existing and new KOL by displaying prompt and accommodative communication

Administrative :

• Input and monitor KOL seeding request to Operations team to be completed in timely manner before KOL posting date 
• Generate and share customised UTM/ track links to KOL 
• Share content brief to KOL 
• Update KOL names (posting date & rate) and clothing selections on tracker 
• Daily monitoring of KOL posting & report KOL posting performance to manager (timeline of posting, check on content quality, check UTM links) 

Ad Hoc :

• Assist & stand by for offline events and photoshoot 
• Request and be the PIC responsible for clothing lending for influencers/ muses/ internal team 
• Assist to contact external vendors (for PR/ social-related vendors) 
• Give fresh and innovative ideas based on current trends to support offline event planning & ideation 
• I.e: event activity, venue, F&B vendors, etc 

Social Media Pillar : Instagram

• Help to do instagram posting both graphic content & influencer repost in timely manner 
• IG Story: 2x daily
• IG Post: 1x week
• Help to generate UTM/ track links for instagram posting & refresh linkinbio

Requirements & Experiences :

• Available for 4 months internship program
• Open for final year students and fresh graduates! 
• Previous internship in fashion/ beauty/ digital media/ lifestyle brands related companies are preferred 
• Passion for all things PR/ social media or marketing functions related
• Passion for fashion 
• Following and updating yourself to the current social media and influencer trends globally and in Indonesia

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop a risk-based annual internal audit plan for business areas as well as across operational, financial, compliance and risk management audits
• Ensure the adequacy of policies and procedures for managing and mitigating risks, the effectiveness of the implementation of policies and procedures, the quality of parameters applied to identify risks, and the effectiveness of the implementation of human resource management policies and procedures
• Ensure the effectiveness that the implementation of AML-CFT programs
• Ensure that internal audit activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with standards established by industry best practices and the relevant risk and regulatory environment, and provide country management with assurance that local regulatory requirements as well as the expectations of the local regulators are fully met
• Communicate root causes of identified issues, associated risks, including recommendations for improvements in business processes, on the current and future business model and operating environment and ensure that actions plans are properly implemented by management
• Ensure that sufficient audit evidence and documentation is obtained to support audit findings
• Deliver high quality audit reports in a timely manner with audit issues focused on key risks, root causes, materiality, potential solutions and succinct messages
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential red flags and ensure that insights to emerging risk and controls are identified and managed
• Estabilish and monitoring to internal’s applicable SOPs

As a Talent Management intern, you will support the implementation of human resource strategy specifically in the areas of talent management, succession planning, organizational development, performance management, and project management with the objective of establishing the best place to work and empowering A-Team to achieve the best version of themselves.

Responsibilities:

• Assist operational and administrative support for Talent Management and Organization Development activities such as performance review processes, organization structure and job description updates, succession planning and talent development preparation, etc. for both in Head Office and Field Office
• Support administrative tasks for Employee Assistance Program
• Helps administrative tasks and journey for Management Trainee programs
• Manage data and leverage analytics to measure impact of talent actions
• Involve in related TM projects and collaborate with other People & Culture teams to explore and identify potential improvement
• Involve in employee assessment and data processing

• Fresh graduate from any major, preferably from Industrial Engineering or Psychology
• Passionate in organizational development and talent management matters
• Attention to detail and familiarity with data processing tools (Excel, Spreadsheet, etc.)

• Work with Product Manager, Product Design, Product Research, Engineering, Business, and other related stakeholders
• Gather data/insight/feedback collection to create problem-solving/solutions as a PRD
• Assist the Product Manager in monitoring the newly launched product
• Arrange discussion/meetings, gathering feedback from several stakeholders & users, and creating discussion/meeting notes
