· Be familiar with all Accounting Standards and Procedures pertaining to rooms revenues and advice staff concerned to adhered to them in daily operations

· Know all procedures in case of emergency or fire and make sure that staff are periodically trained to face this situation and know their function according to the procedures.

This position is responsible for the Sales & Marketing Department activities including its planning and execution in line with the annual hotel strategy and business plan with the main target to achieve/exceed the target.

You will:

• Handle incoming event leads professionally through all channels. 
• Provide detailed conference and events proposals covering venue, function, menu and accommodation costs ensuring revenue is maximized.
• Coordinate and host familiarisation and site inspections.

The Finance and Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate & timely financial reporting, and maintaining effective accounting systems and controls. This role includes managing financial transactions, journal entries, reconciliations, financial and management reporting, taxation, procedural development, corporate projects, and budget & forecast preparation. The Manager will also review operational contracts and liaise with internal and external parties.
