We are seeking an experienced and passionate Business Strategy Associate to join our dynamic team at AMODA, a leading construction technology company. As a Business Strategy Associate, you will play a pivotal role in Developing and Monitoring Our Business and Operations Initiatives including organizational structures to Enhance Operational Efficiency that align with our business objectives. You will be responsible for planning, developing, improving, and monitoring the Business & Operation Strategy.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of current business & operational processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Develop Business and Operation Strategy Initiatives through collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and efficiency initiatives
• Monitor Business and Operation Strategy Implementation (Improvement) by utilizing data analytics and performance metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of business and operational changes
• Assist in the development of strategic plans and initiatives to support the overall business objectives
• Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure alignment of operational goals and objectives

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field is typically required. A Master's degree (e.g., MBA) may be preferred.
• Min 3-4 years of experience in business & management consulting, business strategy, or a related field.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably at a startup or high-growth company.
• Strong analytical abilities with the ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
• Proven ability to solve business problems, develop innovative solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience managing projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, and monitoring progress.

This position is a supporting role to providing analysis in various aspects with objectives fulfill all requirement needed by Operations Department which related to Hotel Operations, such as financial performance, permits and licenses registration, insurance validity, Hotel Management Agreement fulfilment, etc.

• Analyze ongoing and upcoming business process to ensure proper documentation are available
• Identify, develop, evaluate organization’s core operational processes (target setting, incentive calculation, reporting, setting metrics & SLA)
• Work closely with operations manager or stakeholders to drive and monitor new improvement initiatives
• Provide direction and guidance to junior team members
• Ensure routine business processes are completed on time and accurate (serves as backup PIC in case needed)
• Ensure deliverables from junior team members are up to standard and free of error

• Selling a range of investment products to existing and potential clients.

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Sales Operations Executive will primarily support a Sales team, who could be selling multiple brands/products across regions. The role will drive consistency and quality in the Sales teams and act as a key link between the Sales function and the events team. They will provide structured sales administration, Salesforce (CRM) support, data analysis & investigation, reporting, and data management /entry support. As the Sales teams develop, the role will also become involved in campaign management, and informing the CRM team of priorities for future development of our new Salesforce system to then act as a key testing group.

They may also on occasion be required to support the Event team with administrative duties.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sales Administration & Team Support
• Oversight of budgets, maintaining accurate financial data for responsible brand(s)
• Oversight of sponsorship inventory both in the office and on show site
• Ensure customer queries are answered and/or resolved in a timely manner
• Manage the distribution of the exhibitor manual and be the point of contact for any queries
• Where required, support Event team in organisation of sales events e.g. lunch and learns
• Provide necessary forms for: sales, stand upsells, promo opportunities, catalogue (publishing events) and stand sharing forms for online customer tools
• Act as key liaison point with Event Operations team for customer data and Event floor plan queries
• Serve as Subject Matter Experts (SME) on Salesforce.com business process for sales teams, cross training and sharing knowledge
• Support Sales team training in new Salesforce.com features
• Support data entry into invoicing system and Salesforce.com and ensure accuracy through period analysis
• Perform Salesforce.com (CRM) reporting and ad-hoc reports as requested
• Support Sales team with proactive insight and trend analysis
• Support to Sales Leadership and CRM team to set up, assign and manage campaigns
• Manage the gathering of member lists / data for campaigns and QA
• Support the Sales Director to maintain a hot list of leads; actively track competitive shows and/or publications to seek out new leads
• Act as liaison between Sales team and CRM team to gather regular informal system feedback
• Perform User Acceptance Testing

What you will do:

• Subject matter expert on AML/CFT, KYC issues and transactional monitoring
• Together with the team, own the regional day-to-day operational compliance tasks including payment approval, customer onboarding (including CDD and EDD) and transaction monitoring
• Conduct and review PEP/sanctions checks and adverse news screening
• Perform suspicious transaction/fraud investigation across markets and suggest next course of action
• Assist to design, evaluate, maintain internal policies, and coordinate with different department to help shape the company's approach on Compliance-Operations-Payments related matters
• Collaborate with different teams, such as sales/cs, finance and engineering team to handle client queries
• Conduct periodic review of procedures to ensure compliance process are properly documented
• Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend improvements.
• Assist in ad hoc project assigned by team leader including periodic account review, platform process improvement project, etc.
• Keep informed about industry developments, trends and best practices and assess its effect on operational processes

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or relevant field
• 2+ years of operations, compliance and/or KYC experience, ideally within financial services or payments industry
• Good knowledge of industry processes and regulations

• Experience in a regulated financial institution (FinTech Company is a plus)
