• Manage budgets responsibly on all accounts
• Demonstrate the confidence and competence to maintain overall control on all financial matters relating to designated clients including: billing, profitability, forecasting and servicing

• Hold regular internal and external client review meetings to evaluate progress on each account, identify most successful activities, identify problems and review overall objectives and strategy
• Maintain consistent work flow from team member to team member through effective staff allocation on accounts and attention to work flow changes
• Direct and develop a number of account teams and be responsible for the achievement of objectives, within agreed timelines and budgets
• Nurture morale and teamwork within the group of accounts you supervise and provide all staff with growth opportunities within agency
• Handle issues and crisis management on behalf of clients
• Work with teams to enter MSL and industry Awards with client programmes
• Develop new ideas and strategies for existing clients and identify opportunities to demonstrate new initiatives on behalf of clients

Responsibilities:

 Media Competencies

• Oversee a portfolio of digital media clients, with a focus on strategic vision, team management, process refinement, and financial administration
• Manage all projects to ensure the highest level of quality assurance, performance and innovation
• Steward client interest in the areas of tracking and delivering measurable results and analytics, market knowledge, and audience insights
• Promote when appropriate, the use of other agency services - research, technology, creative, etc. - in executing the media campaigns and cohesive programs
• Stay well versed in new technologies and trends in order to apply them strategically to the client’s business as well as proactively construct business-building ideas

 Relationship Development

• Work collaboratively in planning sessions regarding client strategy and approach, providing leadership, consultation and acting as a voice for digital media
• Establish and manage relationships with senior media clients as well as be a key agency contact and resource for clients across other disciplines/departments
• Partner with other brand agency leads to deliver unified cross-platform strategies and ideas
• Collaborate with agency cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive business solutions and strategies
• Manages workflow, efficient and profitable servicing of clients, staffing levels, fosters healthy team structure, team assignments

 Financial Competencies

• Manage and oversee monthly and end-of-campaign client billing, digital media budget reconciliations
• Maintain knowledge of reporting, analytic, auditing, and financial platforms and tools along with their functionality

 Leadership & Management Competencies

• Keep other agency departments informed about the digital media work produced for clients and best practices
• Liaise with high-level brand representatives including VPs and CMOs
• Enforce established agency policies and procedures; work continually
• Assist in new business efforts as needed

• Able to synthesize various media statistics and information to develop recommendations and opinions in the area of emerging digital media
• Able to analyze, understand, & develop strategies for markets across the region
• Able to synthesize various media statistics and information to develop recommendations and opinions in the area of emerging digital media
• Monitor plan execution and serves as first point of contact to raise and resolve any identified issues/discrepancies
