• Berkoordinasi dengan manajer departemen terkait serta supplier untuk persiapan produk baru baik itu dokumen dan spesifikasi mengenai desain produk.
• Mengikuti kegiatan PPOS.
• Mempresentasikan ide, konsep dan update produk baru.
• Mematuhi kebijakan dan prosedur perusahaan terkait penelitian di pasar.
• Memberikan saran mengenai pengetahuan pengembangan produk di market.
• Membuat pembaruan terhadap produk/packaging berdasarkan tuntutan pasar.
• Menjalankan SOP yang berlaku untuk pengembangan produk.
• Membantu men-develop packaging dan formula untuk produk baru.
• Membantu membuat mock up sample.
• Melakukan review formula dan packaging produk secara berkala.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage one specific product line within the Business Unit
• Promote, train, and support the sales force
• Handle communication and coordination with the principal
• Conduct market surveys, market analysis, and strategy development

1. Develop features that supports and empower Sales and Commercial teams meet the market demand according to telematics Industry trends.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the ideation, research, design, development to ensure the product fit the market needs.
3. Understand user needs and translate them into product requirements, considering business goals, development costs, and potential technical debt.
4. Drive feature delivery within deadlines by proactively addressing blockers, fostering alignment, and taking necessary actions to ensure a successful release.

As a B2B Partnership & Account Manager (IT Product Solution), you will be instrumental in fostering relationships with key partners and clients to promote our IT product solutions. Your role will be key in identifying opportunities, managing accounts effectively, and ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions that meet client needs.

What you will do but not limited to: 

• Identify and target potential B2B clients to present our IT product solutions and services. 

• Develop strategic partnership frameworks and lead negotiations to secure optimal agreements. 

• Conduct needs assessments to create tailored solutions for partners and clients. 

• Manage the end-to-end account lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for partners.

• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver high-quality product solutions and support. 

• Monitor account performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to management.

• Stay updated with technological advancements and market trends to advise clients effectively. 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields. 

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in B2B Partnership Management, Account Management, or IT product sales. 

• In-depth knowledge of IT product solutions and related services. 

• Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships with various stakeholders. 

• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on driving results through data-driven decision making. 

• Experience in project management and working collaboratively with diverse teams.
