We are seeking a Talent & Culture Manager to join our team in Kuta Selatan, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance our organizational culture and manage talent effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies aligned with organizational goals
Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting effective onboarding processes
Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
Collaborate with leadership to cultivate a positive and productive work culture
