1.   Melakukan koordinasi dalam penerimaan dan pengeluaran barang/perangkat serta perpindahan dengan User terkait.

2.   Melakukan koordinasi berkala dengan tim inventory kantor Pusat.

3.   Melakukan pendataan atas penerimaan, pengeluaran dan perpindahan barang/perangkat

4.   Mengelola dan memantau keamanan stock barang atau perangkat

5.   Mengelola dan mengendalikan persediaan barang/perangkat fisik dengan stock dan data riil.

6.   Mengelola sistem penyimpanan Barang/Perangkat dengan efektif. 

7.   Mengajukan permintaan permintaan Barang, Perangkat, Tools yang berkelanjutan sebagai penunjang Operasional di kantor maupun dilapangan.

8.   Melakukan stock opname berkala bulanan pada gudang site dan memberikan pelaporan kepada inventory pusat. ( cabang )

9.   Melakukan stock opname berkala bulanan pada gudang penyimpanan dan memberikan pelaporan kepada Head Of Division. ( Pusat )

What you will do, but not limited no:

Research and Product Development (R&D): 

• Conducting research to develop new products based on aren (sugar palm). 

• Improving the quality of existing products through innovation in materials or production processes. 

• Testing and validating new formulas for large-scale production. 

• Preparing technical documentation for new products, including specifications and production guidelines. 

Quality Control and Assurance (QC): 

• Ensuring that raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products meet established quality standards. 

• Performing routine inspections during the production process to ensure compliance with SOPs. 

• Testing the final product physically, chemically, and microbiologically (if necessary). 

• Preparing inspection and testing reports, identifying issues, and providing recommendations for improvements. 

Standard Compliance and Application: 

• Ensuring adherence to quality standards such as SNI (Indonesian National Standard), BPOM (Food and Drug Supervisory Agency), HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). 

• Monitoring the implementation of hygiene and food safety procedures in the production area. 

Team Collaboration: 

• Coordinating with the production team to ensure smooth processes in product development and quality control. 

• Providing training to employees on SOPs related to quality and new product innovations. 

• Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field. 

• At least 2 years of experience in R&D and/or QC, preferably in the food industry. 

• Understanding of principles and regulations related to food safety, such as HACCP, GMP, SNI, and BPOM. 

• Ability to multitask in handling both R&D and QC functions simultaneously. 

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to quickly resolve quality issues. 

• Skilled in using basic laboratory testing equipment for material and product analysis. 

• Able to collaborate with the production team and provide technical guidance. 

• Capable of calculating COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) for new products. 

Mengawasi dan mengontrol administrasi dan kontrol dokumen, Translate bahasa Mandarin ke bahasa Inggris dan bahasa Indonesia atau sebaliknya.

1. Work with certain parties in Manufacturing and Regional Site to develop new product in accordance with regulation Global Regulation and International Toys Safety Regulation Standards.

3. Ensure and maintain company high level reliability on toy development to meet corporate requirement
4. Prepare certification package prior to product release to production
5. Responsible to cover some QC function to support smooth production operation.
