As a QA Automation Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software through the development and execution of automated test solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements, design test strategies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the software development lifecycle. Your expertise in automation tools, frameworks, and best practices will be instrumental in delivering robust and scalable test automation solutions. 

Responsibilities 

• Analyze user stories and requirements to design, document, and execute test strategies and automation plans. 

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient automated test scripts for web and mobile applications. 

• Implement and optimize test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or equivalent. 

• Collaborate with developers to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure early detection of defects. 

• Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and report issues promptly to ensure quality standards. 

• Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in QA automation and recommend tools or techniques to enhance efficiency. 

• Proven experience in automation testing for web and mobile applications. 

• Proficiency in automation tools such as Katalon, Selenium WebDriver, or Appium. 

• Strong programming skills in Java or other scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript). 

• Familiarity with frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or similar. 

• Experience in integrating automated tests within CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. 

• Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter) is a plus. 

• Solid understanding of QA principles, software testing life cycle, and Agile methodologies. 

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a quality-first mindset. 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams. 

Nice to Have 

• ISTQB or equivalent QA certifications.

II. Job responsibility:

• Sell Rectifier Charger, UPS, Inverter, DC to DC converter, Batteries, Precision Cooling and Smart Solution

• Develop and grow the Powerplant market

• Take care relation with customers and create new opportunity

• Achieve personal target of the year as per assigned by manager

• Visit customers and introduce products by presentation or etc.

III. Essential Professional Experience:

• At least have 2 years working experience in similar position.

• At least have good relationship with Powerplant Segment, such as PLN Nusantara

Power, PT. PLN Indonesia Power, PLN Engineering and other

IV. Skill:

• Capable working with computer (ex. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)

• Have strong presentation skill

• Have strong communication skill

• Fluent in English in both verbal and writing is advantage

V. Qualification:

• Age range 25 – 35 years old

• Minimum Bachelor of Electrical Engineering is advantage or have sales electrical    

    products background

• Familiar in industrial power supply such as UPS, Rectifier Charger, Batteries, Precission

   Cooling and Smart Solution is advantage

• Have networking in power plant

• A driver type salesperson with a high ambition

• Strong business acumen and mental attitude to grow the business

• Have pleasant analytic, salesmanship personality, hardworking and good appearance

• Strong motivation, able to work independently and in a team

• Ready and able to go on a business trip

What you will be doing:

• Ensure the overall safety and security of the guests, employees and property premises
• Investigate and report any violations to law/property policy, occurrences of accidents, complaints, criminal activity and crisis situations
• Conduct regular floor patrols, cash counts and crowd control
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
• Train Security Officers in the operation of surveillance equipment, written reports, record keeping, patrol and first aid procedures
• Conduct patrols and regular checks on all Security Officers to assure that they are alert and discharging their duties efficiently and effectively
• Always be on-call, including off-duty hours, for any emergency that may arise
