About The Team

Amartha is actively expanding its digital risk management team as part of our strategic focus on digital transformation in 2025. We are looking to strengthen our capabilities in managing digital lending risks to support our growing portfolio of digital financial products. To this end, we are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital and Embedded Lending Risk Lead to join our team. This role will play a critical part in shaping and overseeing the risk management strategies for our digital lending platforms, ensuring that we continue to provide secure and effective financial solutions to our customers while mitigating potential risks in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain credit risk policies and frameworks for digital lending products and/or embedded finance products.
• Analyze credit data and customer profiles to define lending thresholds, risk tolerance, and approval criteria.
• Establish exposure limits-based analysis for partners.
• Propose risk-adjusted pricing strategies based on customer risk profiles.
• Monitor portfolio performance and loan repayment trends to adjust risk policies and mitigate potential losses. 
• Collaborate with data science teams to continuously improve risk scoring models and decision engines.
• Partner with product, business, operation, collection etc to align credit policies with business growth strategies and customer needs. 
• Prepare reports and presentations on portfolio health and risk exposure for stakeholders
• Drive innovation in credit risk assessment methods, particularly using alternative data sources and digital-first strategies.
• Monitor changes in regulatory environments and adjust policies to maintain compliance with evolving legal frameworks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field are a plus.
• 5+ years experience in credit risk management, policy development, or risk analysis, ideally within digital lending, banking, leasing (multifinance) and fintech.
• Strong understanding of credit underwriting and portfolio management.
• Experience working within the embedded finance space/ managing risk in partnership with third-party platforms
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams and external partners
• Familiarity with digital lending platforms, credit technology, and alternative lending models is a plus.      

- Monitoring the floor to ensure it remains conducive both Internal and Vendor OS.

- Ensure that there are no missed escalations

- Ensure all tickets are handled properly

- Carrying out coaching, feedback and counseling

- Ensure agent quality

- Conduct analysis and assessment of team performance

- Carry out operational monitoring to ensure that KPIs are maintained according to the SLA

- maintain KPI parameters such as CSAT, AHT, FCR, etc. to comply with SLA. 

- Understand data analysis in contact center scopes (Budgeting, Man Power capacity, Scheduling and Shifting validation, Efficiencies projects relate business and services process improvements)

- Make improvements to achieve KPI and budget skill analysis to ensure budget absorption is managed properly.

• Minimum 8 years of customer experience field.
• Collaborates in the implementation and execution of project delivery, monitors team performance, ensures service quality, and drives achievement of KPIs.
• Highly attuned to customer feedback, with the ability to anticipate and effectively manage unexpected situations or complaints.
• Skilled in organizing performance coaching sessions for team members, driving continuous improvement, and managing staff retention.
• Experienced in overseeing internship operations and administration, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused, with solid data processing capabilities and a keen attention to detail.
• Capable of conducting thorough analysis and recommending operational improvements.
• Flexible, adaptable, and committed to a Work-from-Office (WFO) setup.

Responsibilities:

• To represent Sampoerna University at extensively at internal & external  recruitment events such as but not limited to: participate at an on and off-campus recruitment events, such as Open Days, Campus Tours, Workshops, etc.
• To build relation and network with selected target high school through the principle or councelors in order to reach potential students and parents in order to achieve target number of applciants that will lead to target number of committed students
• To deliver high quality presentations about Sampoerna University as well with give accurate information, advice and guidance to prospective students.
• Work closely with Student Recruitment Manager in identifying market as well with developing recruitment strategy to earn leads and conversions through activities.
• Input students data and application, follow up on all opportunity  or interested leads. Updating all students status on a daily and weekly basis.
• Coordinate with Admissions, Testing Center, Bursary and other related department to ensure all applications, applying and admitted students are dealt accordingly
