Manage the operations of the Spa and Wellness in the entire Resort by ensuring product quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided to all hotel guests according to the resort’s and business objectives. Ensuring the facilities and treatments offered continually exceed guest expectations
To perform the human resource function in ensuring staff selection, training, counselling and recognition programs are adhered to in order to maximize performance standards and to adhere to guest service standards in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
Spa & Wellbeing Manager would be accountable for managing the budget, forecast on revenue and expense, capital expenditure, support the Wellness program and Accor’s Planet 21. And would be responsible for maintaining all regulatory requirements.
Liaise and work alongside team member from other Department at all times to provide the best service and Resort experience, as well as to maintain connection with outside vendor and trainer to provide wellness and wellbeing activity for our guest
General Duties
- Manages and organizes Spa and Wellness team whose mission is to ensure the Wellness and Wellbeing of all guest in the Resort. This is accomplished within the scope of a budget and in conformity with well- defined management norms.
- Responsible for planning, directing, controlling, co-coordinating and participating in the activities of all personnel engaged in Wellness and Wellbeing activities.
- Responsible for the operation of the Spa department (including Fitness and The Shop), overall condition and maintenance of the property, repair and up keeping of the furniture, fixtures and equipment's, installations, systems and buildings of the Spa, Wellness and Fitness Area. Both in term of assets and respect of equipment in all area.
- Develop and maintain Spa menu that provide a wide range of appropriate treatments that would be suitable for our Resort Guest and to update this menu in a timely manner for any changes required.
- Gather information and remain fully informed of local and international trends in Spa operations, recommends new and up to date treatments as necessary for improvement
- Develop and maintain Wellness and Fitness activities for in house guest during stay with focus on personalized program based on guest profile and needs
- Develop and maintain the Shop as the only retail of the Resort to make sure that all items on sale are accounted for at all times, to make sure selection of item are of highest luxury standard
