Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive room bookings and event sales.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
• Conduct product presentations and host site visits for prospective clients.
• Utilize CRM systems to track and manage sales activities, pipelines, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Attend industry events and networking functions to promote our offerings.
• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction from inquiry to post-event.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for building relationships.
• Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with local market and industry trends is a plus.
