As the Product Manager - Loyalty and Promotion, you will be responsible for building and scaling a Loyalty and Promotion platform that serves multiple product lines within Telkomsel Group and extends as a B2B2C service to corporate clients outside the group. 7. Pricing

• Provides after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary. Ensures that all complaints have initiated follow-up action
• Negotiates prices with the clients
• Sales Manager is familiar with the operation and application of the hotel’s computer/data processing system
