Sales Manager

- Prepare and execute creative sales strategies to source, drive and grow our revenues from your managed accounts.

-We’ll look to you to build up account management plans, making sure you’re “in the know” on the latest market news and competitor insights too.

- Solicit group, transient and/or banquet business, and reach consistent achievement of sales objectives
- Establish parameters, quotes and negotiate prices and seal contracts

Reporting to the Commercial Director, key responsibilities include:

• Stay informed on market trends, maintain a library of sales resources, and conduct ongoing market research
• Promote and solicit business through sales trips, community networking, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
• Oversee internal promotions, ensuring all marketing materials are up-to-date and aligned with management standards
• Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping Departments to manage room reservations and customer inquiries
• Develop and execute direct mail campaigns in conjunction with the Public Relations Department to promote hotel facilities and events
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Train and mentor junior sales team members, providing guidance on sales techniques and customer relationship management
• Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for the Commercial Director, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to optimize pricing strategies and maximize occupancy rates
• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the property's network and generate new business opportunities

• Establishes, maintains, and uses his/her library of reference materials, periodicals, texts and sales leads, stay abreast of market trends and hotel selling techniques

• Researches the market on a continuing basis to determine where business comes from, what is the influences, who the hotels client are, how they normally arrive in the city, etc.

The Partnerships Senior Manager/AVP, Payments, is responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships to support the growth of our payments products in Indonesia. This role is pivotal in building our payments partner ecosystem, helping us scale our business, create new revenue streams, and enhance the value proposition of our product suite. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the payments landscape, particularly card payments infrastructure, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships across various sectors.

What you will do:

Commercial Partners

• Drive overall revenue growth by owning yearly partnership plans and pipeline to achieve targets 
• Develop commercial proposals based on partners’ needs and objectives, working closely with internal stakeholders like product, marketing, compliance and operations
