Job Responsibilities 

• Support claims management across the business and help solve escalation cases that require a secondary review
• Follow up with insurance company on the SLA of claim submission, claim decision and claim pending statuses

Manage the operations of the Front Office Department by ensuring product quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided to all hotel guests according to the hotel’s and business objectives. As a Associate Manager, Credit, you will be responsible for handling credit cases (preferably the complicated one) from beginning to the end. Associate Manager, Credit is also responsible to assist the Credit Manager/AVP for other tasks as well, whether it is related to credit or even beyond that.
