AYANA Hospitality is seeking a motivated and skilled Japanese Sales Manager to enhance our sales efforts in the Japanese market. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with our business goals while building and nurturing long-lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to penetrate the Japanese market and achieve sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
• Conduct presentations and site visits to showcase our facilities and services.
• Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet customer expectations.

• Fluent in Japanese and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the hospitality or travel industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Good understanding of the Japanese market and cultural nuances.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Min. Bachelor degree in any subject
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in property sales, particularly in the industrial estate sector/ consultant
• Proven track record of successful property sales & meeting sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Deep understanding of the property market, property values and industry trends.
• Strong analytical data skills

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Monitoring and lead sales team to achieve their target
• Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
• Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
• Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
  

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in related field
• At least 7-10 years of working experience in the related field such as, ISP, Telco, System Integrator, etc
• Experienced upon handling customer in several segment : ISP, Wholesale, Government, Financial Management and Hospitality
• Have experience in Sales Strategy
• Good leadership skill
• Good communication and negotiation skills
