1. Memberikan pelatihan, pendampingan/supervisi pengoperasian sistem perangkat lunak kepada end-user secara remote maupun on-site
2. Membantu end-user dalam menangani kesulitan/troubleshoot pengoperasian sistem perangkat lunak
3. Melakukan pengujian sistem perangkat lunak, serta mengenali setiap bug/error pada sistem yang belum teridentifikasi pada tahap pengembangan
4. Mendokumentasikan permasalahan pengoperasian di sisi end-user, serta mendokumentasikan semua bug/error yg ditemukan
5. Dalam beberapa case, Technical Support ditugaskan untuk melakukan monitoring/pengecekan secara berkala pada infrastruktur jaringan yang meliputi : server, router, jaringan kabel LAN maupun access point untuk memastikan tidak terdapat kendala dalam transmisi data
6. Dalam beberapa case, Technical Support ditugaskan untuk melakukan data entry pada sistem
7. Dalam beberapa case, Technical Support ditugaskan untuk melakukan pembuatan dokumentasi sistem berupa manual book / buku panduan pengoperasioan sistem yang diperuntukkan bagi end-user.

What you will do but not limited to: 

• Manage and optimize end-to-end procurement operational including but not limited to sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and contract management. 
• Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies, policies, and other potential improvement to drive cost savings, efficiency, and effectiveness related sourcing activities in INDICO from time-to-time;  
• Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships to drive continuous improvement;  
• Manage procurement documentation and maintain accurate records of procurement activities;  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide guidance and support in supplier selection and evaluation;  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies to mitigate risk;  
• Perform other duties as assigned by management; 

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, and/or any related field. 
• Has minimum 1 year experience in Procurement, or supply chain management is preferred.

Front Office Operation

• Assist guests with check in and checkout, as well as other cashiering duties
• Review arrival lists and prepare compendiums prior to guests’ arrival and check-into system if necessary
• Welcome guests on arrival, register and issue room keys according to departmental standards and procedures
• Ensure that members consistently receive all benefits, and repeat guests and other VIP’s receive special recognition and service. Prepare and send welcome cards and amenities to room prior to guest arrival
• Liaise closely with other relevant departments to ensure that guests requests and needs are met
• Update and maintain repeat guest history system
• Promote Inter-Hotel sales and in-house facilities according to departmental standards to maximize revenue
• Handle guests’ complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently
• Handling guests’ mails, messages, and answering of phone calls
• Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of all guests by ensuring that no details of the guests are disclosed
• Be vigilant in regard to in-house credit matters and act upon any discrepancies
• Alert Security or Duty Manager of suspicious looking person(s) / articles

Other Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of all food & beverage services, outlets and hotel services/features
• Be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
• Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management
• Report for duty on time wearing clean and complete uniform at all times
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management of the Hotel

• Stay informed on market trends, maintain a library of sales resources, and conduct ongoing market research
