We’re expanding and are actively looking for an experienced and highly motivated talent to join our Revenue team. You’ll be working alongside Partnership, Marketing and Customer Success team to generate sales leads in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Build business development pipeline by proactively identifying opportunities and engaging with key prospects
• Plan and execute a territory plan with clear account prioritisation
• Build relationships with multiple stakeholders and influencers across the customers’ organisations

• Uncover customers’ pressures, challenges and priorities to effectively position our offering to meet their business objectives
• Participate in pricing and tender/proposal reviews with senior management to ensure alignment to the customer requirements
• Possess a thorough knowledge of the market, and the solutions and services Xtremax provides

• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience
• Impressive track record in B2B or B2G sales, with key established connections in the relevant sector
• History of successfully developing and maintaining senior client relationships
• Demonstrate good empathy and listening skills

• A highly self-motivated and independent initiator with excellent interpersonal skills
• A team player who is willing to work for the success of the team and its goals
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

• Maintain regular contact with clients – build good relationship with Clients
• Lead effective meetings/ conversation
• Thorough knowledge of client’s business, competitors, and market insights
• Development of all major and new campaign briefs
• Recommend appropriate research as required
• Brief respective teams on campaigns (e.g. Creative, Strategy Planning, Social Media, Content Strategy & etc.) to brainstorm on ideas and ensuring all deliverables are met
• Prepare strategies for selling creative work to clients ensuring creative is on strategy and within budget
• Work conforms with corporate brand identity guidelines and media specifications
• Creative work confirms with advertising codes, legal and ethical standards
• Preparation and monitoring of annual financial plan – work closely with Business Director to prepare, understand & drive revenue

• Approval/ Sign-off of relevant financial related documentation (JCRs, production estimates etc)
• Provide clients with accurate monthly budget/actual reconciliations for media/ production
• Preparation of accurate monthly client billing forecasts
• Record and maintain detailed manhours on all tasks
• Work trafficked in an effective manner – to ensure all projects deliverables are met
• Assist Business Director to manage and run team operations - adhere to established processes and procedures to ensure team members have a clear understanding of job requirements
• Team meetings held on a regular basis – to manage or stir projects in a correct direction/iron out issues to ensure project run as seamless as possible

The Senior Creative Director has full responsibility for the creative management of the brands with which they are entrusted ‐ the creation, presentation and execution of innovative and daring communications campaigns for our clients. It is a key role in terms of delivering success for our clients and maintaining and growing a strong and mutually profitable client/agency relationship, but also in helping to build the agency's creative reputation.

Expectations of a Senior Creative Director

• Lead group brainstorming/concept development sessions
• Lead and inspire creative teams to develop innovative design solutions, from broad concept development through implementation
• Provide clear constructive direction on content and design solutions
• Lead creative and production teams to ensure the feasibility of design solutions and articulate design principles and guidelines for implementation
• Set and manage client expectations regarding design process and deliverables
• Ideate, craft, and execute original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives, or goals
• Is responsible for the proper placement, context, and meaning of every image and graphic element within a creative assignment
• Extend client relationships and explore new ways to deliver value
• Develop creative ideas that meet both our clients’ objectives as well as our business objectives, maintaining the company’s expected levels of creative excellence and professionalism
• Present, share and review creative work with CCO, Account Management and Planning Leads as well as members of the Management Team
• Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendors
• Collaborate effectively with Account Management, Planning and the broader creative team to develop disruptive and iconic work
