The Senior Talent Acquisition will collaborate closely with department heads, build and maintain robust candidate pipelines, and ensure a strong employer brand is upheld throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies.
• Create and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, ensuring a proactive recruitment approach.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent through social media, professional networks, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain a database of current and future candidates to support staffing needs.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the company’s image is positively represented throughout the hiring process.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 7 years of experience as a technical sourcer, recruitment agent, consultant, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar database systems.
• Proven expertise in recruiting for technology teams e.g Engineer, PM, Data
• Strong understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

Manage the operations of the Front Office Department by ensuring product quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided to all hotel guests according to the hotel’s and business objectives. To perform the human resource function in ensuring staff selection, training, counselling and recognition programs are adhered to in order to maximize performance standards and to adhere to guest service standards in order to maximize guest satisfaction.

• Monitor front office personnel to ensure guests receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition
• Supervise the Front Office team to ensure optimum occupancy and average room rate for the purpose of maximizing revenue
• Monitor Front Office, and particularly Butler personnel, to ensure LCAH members are known, as well as repeat guests and other VIPs receive special attention and recognition
• Promote internal Hotel sales and in-house facilities and monitors Front Office Marketing techniques in line with FIT marketing program
• To set up the target and drive the team to achieve upsell program on Suite, Villa, Transportation
• Maintain inter-departmental relationships to ensure seamless customer service
• Assume overall responsibility for maintaining standards to ensure furnishings facilities and equipment are clean, in good repair and well maintained
• Schedule and regularly conducts routine inspections of areas under his/her control
• Maintain knowledge of credit policies and procedures and liaise closely with Finance Department to ensure that credit procedures are properly carried out

• Maintain all procedures and adheres to them within the company guidelines; in particular with emphasis on hotel credit policy.
• In conjunction with the Emergency Response Team prepare emergency procedures upon advice from relevant authority that cover such emergencies as Fire, Power Outrage, Bomb Threat, Cyclone Warnings, Tsunami, etc.
• Prepares efficient work schedule for Front Office Staff,  taking into consideration project occupancy and forecasts and any large group movements, especially those with early or late arrivals or departures.
• Works with Talent and Culture on manpower planning and management needs.
• Works with Housekeeping and Finance in the preparation and monitoring of the Rooms’ and FO budget and forecast.
• Maintain good relation with vendor and local community

Primary Responsibilities

- Execute vulnerability assessments and penetration tests across web applications, APIs, and mobile platforms

- Implement and maintain security controls in cloud environments (GCP, AWS)

- Develop automation scripts and tools to enhance security processes

- Perform security code reviews and threat modeling

- Support our bug bounty program through triage and validation

- Monitor systems for security anomalies and investigate potential incidents

- Collaborate with development teams to remediate security findings
