• Lead the culinary team in the preparation and presentation of dishes that align with our brand standards.
• Develop and innovate menu items that cater to a diverse clientele while maintaining seasonal and local influences.
• Manage inventory, food costs, and kitchen budgets to optimize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote menu offerings and enhance guest experiences.

• Experience in inventory management and cost control.
