Job Responsibilities 

• Support claims management across the business and help solve escalation cases that require a secondary review
• Follow up with insurance company on the SLA of claim submission, claim decision and claim pending statuses

As a Associate Manager, Credit, you will be responsible for handling credit cases (preferably the complicated one) from beginning to the end. Associate Manager, Credit is also responsible to assist the Credit Manager/AVP for other tasks as well, whether it is related to credit or even beyond that. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Manager - Indonesia to assist the Compliance Office in Indonesia. This role will provide critical support in filing reports to Bank Indonesia and PPATK, regulatory horizon scanning, project management, organising & maintaining regulatory portals i.e. e-licensing. • Manage regular and ad-hoc reporting to Bank Indonesia accurately, in a timely manner, ensuring all submissions are meeting the requirements. Regular reporting includes physical printing and submission.
