Reporting to the Cluster Talent & Culture Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
• Maintain confidentiality of all documents and information pertaining to our colleagues and business
• Assists with all aspects of Talent & Culture as needed, including recruitment, employee engagement and more
• Greets all colleagues who enter the Talent & Culture offices warmly and ready to assist with their inquiries
• Maintains employee and office files and record per Company standards
• Assists with planning and execution of employee events as needed
• Assists with data entry as needed
• All other reasonable duties as assigned

• Organize and maintain personnel records
• Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
• Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
• Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
• Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
• Assist T&C Manager by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
• Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
• Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize employee gathering, activities)

Tugas & Tanggungjawab :

• Memastikan seluruh KPI Cabang di lingkup Regionalnya dapat dicapai dengan baik
• Memastikan operasional cabang di Areanya dapat berjalan melalui pemenuhan dan pengelolaan SDM
• Memastikan ekspansi kawasan Kelola yang ditetapkan Amartha dapat berjalan dengan baik
• Memastikan kualitas portfolio sesuai dengan tujuan Amartha dan nilai audit cabang sesuai dengan ekspekstasi management.
• Menegakkan prinsip keterbukaan di cabang

• Pendidikan terakhir minimum Diploma III
• Memiliki pengalaman bertanggung jawab dalam mengurus cabang
• Berpengalaman memimpin lebih dari 5-10 anggota tim
• Memiliki pengalaman min 2 tahun di Micro Finance sebagai Business Manager / Leader (Lembaga Keuangan SistemGrameen Bank / Microfinance diutamakan)
• Dapat menyusun strategi Sales & Marketing sebagai paduan tim untuk mencapai target
• Mempunyai Kendaraan Pribadi dan SIM C
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Wilayah Kerja Amartha di Area Surabaya

• A ‘hands on’ approach is required as is to work as part of a team to provide efficient food and beverage service.
• Develop, train, empower & lead your team of Food & Beverage professionals.
• Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensuring all staff engage guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations.
• Developing special promotional and merchandising plans, advertising materials to help increase revenue. 
• Proven ability to oversee daily activities, optimize seating arrangements, manage staff schedules, and ensure exceptional guest service within these outlets.
• Cost and Revenue Management: Demonstrated experience in effectively managing costs and driving revenue within a food and beverage setting. Proficiency in monitoring inventory levels, implementing cost-control measures, and strategizing to enhance profitability while maintaining high-quality offerings.
