Job Description:

• Analysing, diagnosing, and installation to several areas including desktop hardware, operating systems (Windows 7/8/10), application software, network connectivity, databases, printers, scanners, and any related problems

• Maintaining all updates and security patches for applications and operating systems

• Notebook hardware troubleshoot, such as RAM, Hard disk, VGA.

• Updates and closures of trouble tickets and service requests from user

• Maintain communication with end-user and created report to team leader/SPV.

• Mengendalikan perawatan kapal (LO, Part & Consumeble) serta berkomunikasi dengan Port Engineer & Mekanik
• Memonitor & mereview hasil perbaikan kapal termasuk dokumen (BAK & Foto)
• Terlibat dalam Team Tanggap Darurat
• Mereview & Menyetujui Service request dan Purchase request dari PE dan Mekanik
• Menerapkan K3 dan Lingkungan hidup di area kerja
• Mereview Jobs Safety Analysis yang dibuat Supervisor, Mekanik, Electrician dan welder

• Melakukan kegiatan pemeliharaan EDC untuk memastikan EDC dapat digunakan dengan baik.
• Melakukan pengisian form maintenance secara lengkap, menyusun bukti tes transaksi, untuk diberikan kepada Admin Support. 
• Melakukan training kepada merchant mengenai produk serta penggunaan EDC agar merchant dapat menggunakan EDC dengan benar.

• Prepare monthly budget requests for orders, events, and timeline planning, while coordinating with teachers
• Manage inventory of learning materials, including Montessori materials
• Conduct regular maintenance and checks of the stockroom
• Participate in meetings with parents for Parent Volunteers and after-school activities
• Act as the point of contact for the Parents Community Program, overseeing Class Parents, Parent Volunteers, and collaborating closely with Admissions
• Assist teachers in organizing and recruiting volunteers and speakers
• Support staff in communicating sensitive issues to parents
• Serve as a classroom substitute when needed
• Handle administrative tasks such as compiling lesson plans and reports

Position Overview

As a Technical Solutions Executive (TSE), you are one of the main factors of success for the Autodesk Construction Cloud portfolio. You will be reporting to Technical Sales Manager and partner with the Account teams to help our users achieve their goals through the use of our technology. Coming from industry, you'll use your experience to identify and uncover our customer's needs, develop a strategy, prove value, with the ultimate goal of delivering outcomes for our customers.

This is a remote role but there is an expectation to travel, so you will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia

Responsibilities

• Outcome and Solution-based approach: Taking a customer-centric approach, you will undertake deep technical discovery in collaboration with other team members to uncover the primary goals of our users, and then use your experience, technical knowledge and creativity to create solutions that allow our end-users to achieve those goals.

• Technical Closure: Responsible for aligning with important customer team members to secure technical closure of proposed solutions within Autodesk Construction Cloud. Manage technical evaluations, define solutions architecture, facilitate product demonstrations, 3rd party engagements. Consult with ACS sales on technical validation and apply best practices in solving business problems. Document quantifiable pain as identified in before scenarios, technical decision criteria, and metrics used in the evaluation within Salesforce and within provided collaborative technologies

• Customer Relationship Management: Develops required level of knowledge of customers' business processes, workflows, and technical requirements to build "trusted advisor" relationships with customers. Ensure efficient customer handoffs between the pre-sales team and adoption/deployment teams post-sales. Deliver Autodesk Construction Cloud internal product roadmaps with customers and communicate customer feedback to the ACS product team

• Collaboration: Develops trusted working relationships with the ACS sales team and adjacent teams such as the Autodesk Worldwide Field Operations (WWS) team. You will also work with adjacent business resources (e.g. sales management, deployment, adoption, business development, global technical sales, and marketing) and collaborate with ACS product "centres of excellence", Customer Success projects such as Voice of the Customer, deployment teams to implement proposed solutions, and coordinate with ACS marketing for product launches, webinars and go-to-market messaging strategy

• Leadership: Shares best practices, competitive information, innovation, and expertise within the sales organisation, product divisions, and technical solutions organisation locally and globally. Participate in strategic speaking engagements at high profile trade shows, conferences, or internal Autodesk events working in collaboration with ACS marketing teams. Provide answers and share knowledge on technical product and integration information

Minimum Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in the Construction industry

• Experience with SaaS Technology and construction project planning/delivery

• A technology Subject Matter Expert who can easily distil complex workflows / solutions for multiple AEC audiences

The ideal senior technical consultant demonstrates thought leader in technical aspects of customer and partner engagements that lead to the successful delivery of enterprise desktop, cloud, and/or mobile solutions, including enterprise integrations leveraging middleware tools and platforms. Senior Technical Consultants (Developers) deliver technical solutions to meet the customer’s business and technical requirements. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of enterprise consulting experience, including implementation experience with one or more common enterprise software solutions (e.g. CRM, ERP), filling positions of increasing responsibility and management of more junior technical resources.

• 2+ years experience as an Architect or Senior Developer in a mid to large-sized organization with demonstrated leadership driving an organizational transformation in a matrixed organization.

• Experience with key areas of enterprise architecture, including integration technologies, single sign-on, and master data management.

• Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile implementation methodologies.

• Ability to work independently and be a self-starter. Proven results leading and overseeing customer and/or partner success stories in the following domains: front- and back-end solution architecture, development and release management strategies, change management, and direct leadership in designing solutions that meet or exceed customer needs.

• Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.

• Guiding customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value.

• Polished speaker with the ability to evangelize best practices at various levels within a large organization.

• A particular desire to continually study new technologies and functionality, as well as be involved in projects that push the capabilities of existing technologies.
