Pengumpulan Pembayaran: Mengelola seluruh proses pengumpulan pembayaran dari pemilik/penyewa unit apartemen sesuai dengan kebijakan dan prosedur perusahaan. Memastikan pembayaran sewa dan biaya terkait lainnya diterima tepat waktu.

Pemantauan Piutang: Memantau saldo piutang, mengidentifikasi akun-akun yang jatuh tempo, dan mengambil tindakan untuk mengatasi keterlambatan pembayaran.

Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan: Mempersiapkan laporan keuangan berkaitan dengan penerimaan dan piutang secara berkala. Memastikan laporan tersebut akurat dan lengkap.

Penanganan Pertanyaan Tenant: Menanggapi pertanyaan dan permintaan informasi dari tenant terkait dengan pembayaran, ketersediaan dokumen, dan perincian tagihan.

Penyusunan Perjanjian Pembayaran: Berpartisipasi dalam penyusunan kontrak menetapkan persyaratan pembayaran yang relevan.

Pemantauan Pengeluaran: Memastikan bahwa seluruh biaya terkait dengan penyewaan, seperti biaya pemeliharaan, listrik, dan air, diproses dan dicatat dengan benar.

Penanganan Penagihan: Melakukan langkah-langkah penagihan yang diperlukan untuk mengatasi piutang yang tidak dibayar tepat waktu, termasuk pengiriman pemberitahuan dan peringatan.

• Dapat menangani berbagai jenis mesin-mesin mechanical dan electrical dari mulai mesin packing, coding printer, mesin processing dan packaging di bidang food dan snack.

• Memberikan service dan maintenance pada Customer yang berada di area Jawa Timur dan sekitarnya.

The role as a Project Management Executive will support our accelerated business growth in the APAC Region and will be situated in our Jakarta Indonesia office.

As a Project Management Executive, you will be supporting study and questionnaire set up and working closely with other internal teams to ensure smooth and quality project execution from survey programming through the delivery of data. 

Responsibilities 

• Responsible for coordinating projects and executing standard research studies. 
• Accurately transferring client confirmed inputs into internal questionnaire authoring platforms ready for programming team’s use.  
• Complete quality checks on research materials including questionnaire and survey links to ensure they are error-free when sent to respondents. 
• Manage & update documents and materials across platforms 
• Liaise with other client success team members, programming and vendors to ensure the progress of the project is well communicated and monitored to minimize disruption of delays 
• Manage the sampling and quota requirements on the survey/router platform 
• Adhere to strict timelines and proactively anticipate, troubleshoot, overcome and/or escalate  

Our Project Mangement Executive manage the consistent delivery of utmost quality Data to our Analysts and are considered to be experts in project execution. The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
