2. Mengelola data keuangan proyek dan memahami laporan keuangan proyek secara tepat waktu dan akurat.

4. Mengelola risiko dan asumsi proyek, melacak anggaran proyek dan menjalankan perkiraan pelaksanaan untuk mengelola risiko operasi proyek secara efektif.
5. Mempromosikan dan menerapkan kebijakan dan proses keuangan perusahaan serta memberikan pelatihan yang relevan untuk memastikan bahwa tim proyek mematuhi undang-undang dan peraturan selama proyek berlangsung.
6. Standarisasi operasi tim proyek sehingga tim proyek mematuhi hukum dan peraturan. Secara efektif mengelola risiko kepatuhan eksternal yang berkaitan dengan perpajakan, pendanaan, audit, dan denda.
7. Bertindak sebagai mitra keuangan tim proyek dan bekerja sama dengan Manajer Proyek untuk menyelesaikan masalah keuangan proyek.

3. Membuka pintu utama/ samping pada pagi hari dan menutup nya pada sore hari.

5. Membantu nasabah dalam pengisian formulir-formulir yang diperlukan dalam suatu aplikasi sekaligus menerangkan pengetahuan tentang produk-produk Bank yang ditanyakan nasabah (apabila tenaga Satpam mencukupi), serta membantu dan memberikan informasi kepada nasabah pengguna ATM yang mengalami kesulitan.
6. Mengawal pengambilan/ penyetoran uang kas ke Bank Indonesia atau antar Unit kerja Bank.

• Komputer dan peralatan lainnya apakah sudah dimatikan apabila belum agar dimatikan.
• Memeriksa meja pekerja bila terdapat barang-barang yang belum dimasukkan ke laci agar dimasukkan.
• Memeriksa kran-kran air di kamar mandi, WC dan washtafel apakah sudah ditutup.
• Memeriksa seluruh jendela, pintu pada sore hari apakah benar benar telah terkunci.
