What can you expect?
MMB Indonesia is seeking an experienced consultant to elevate our growing consulting business. Join our dynamic and forward-thinking consulting team to shape the future of employee health benefits consulting.
We will count on you to:
- Achieve sales target, both individual’s and team’s.
- Deliver scope of work of our Employee Health and Benefits’ consulting services to our corporate clients. The services include Strategy and Plan Design, Flexible Benefits, Workforce Health, Insurer Consulting, Actuarial and Finance, Plan Member Communication.
- Work with insurance partners in delivering our value proposition to clients.
What you need to have:
- Has prior work experience at a management consulting firm or in a strategy department at a multinational company.
- Has sales skills, i.e. planning and strategizing, understanding needs, driving consensus, positioning value, storytelling, resolving objections, selling with teams, negotiating to close.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, enabling effective interactions with clients, C-suite executives, and internal stakeholders.
- Good at Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
What makes you stand out:
- Has prior work experience in the insurance industry especially Employee Health & Benefits space.
- Has ASAI/FSAI certification from PAI; AAAK/AAK certification from PAMJAKI.
