1. Assist the Standardization Officer in developing and implementing standardized procedures to streamline business processes (operation/non-operation) 

2. Assist the Management Improvement Department in creating and distributing ad hoc reports/tasks as requested (data analytics, business flow process, etc)

• Reporting of activities (daily, monthly, planned activities) and summarizing KPI & KPR achievement of each process.

1. Siap berkunjung ke pelanggan jika dibutuhkan sesuai eskalasi RFBO (Remote First Before Onsite).

2. Melakukan instalasi Outdoor & Indoor Wireless secara benar, rapih dan profesional.

3. Melakukan survei Line of Sight (LOS) ke lapangan.

4. Membuat panduan (user guide) untuk para pelanggan yang membutuhkan.

5. Membuat laporan pekerjaan secara detail ke atasan.

6. Patuh sepenuhnya kepada prosedur kerja yang telah ditentukan perusahaan.
