1. Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Ekonomi, Statistik, Geografi, Pendidikan, Ilmu Sosial dan Politik, Ilmu Kesejahteraan Sosial, Ilmu Hubungan Internasional atau jurusan lainnya yang terkait bidang humaniora, sosial dan pemberdayaan;
