As a B2B Partnership & Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building strategic alliances and managing client relationships. This role will focus on enhancing collaboration between INDICO and its partners, ensuring mutual growth and success.Â
What you will do but not limited to:Â
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships that align with the company’s growth objectives.Â
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and key accounts.Â
- Act as the primary liaison for partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.Â
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of products and services for partners.Â
- Monitor partnership performance and generate insights for improvement and growth opportunities.Â
- Prepare and present regular reports to management on partnership status and results.Â
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.Â
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Â
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Partnership Management, Account Management, or similar roles.Â
- Ability to navigate complex challenges and provide effective solutions.Â
- Proven track record of establishing and managing successful business partnerships.Â
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Â
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess partnership performance effectively.Â
- Has strong Knowledge of the digital industry is preferred.Â
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.Â
