AYANA Hospitality is on the lookout for an accomplished and visionary General Manager to lead our premier property, Delonix Hotel Karawang. Responsibilities
Oversee the overall operations of Delonix Karawang, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and brand standards
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance property performance and revenue growth
Lead, mentor, and manage department heads to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Foster a strong guest service culture by monitoring guest satisfaction and implementing improvements
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring profitability
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
Drive team engagement, talent development, and succession planning initiatives
Establish relationships with key stakeholders and partners to drive business opportunities
Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar executive role in the hospitality industry.
Strong operational, financial, and leadership skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
A commitment to guest service excellence and team engagement.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

What you will be doing:
Ensure the overall safety and security of the guests, employees and property premises
Investigate and report any violations to law/property policy, occurrences of accidents, complaints, criminal activity and crisis situations
Conduct regular floor patrols, cash counts and crowd control
Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
Train Security Officers in the operation of surveillance equipment, written reports, record keeping, patrol and first aid procedures
Conduct patrols and regular checks on all Security Officers to assure that they are alert and discharging their duties efficiently and effectively
Always be on-call, including off-duty hours, for any emergency that may arise
