Job Purpose:  

The Product Manager has overall responsibility for achieving the sales and profit targets for the related product groups and creating the highest return for both TD SYNNEX and the vendor. While responsible for revenue outcomes, this is a sales enablement position. Responsibilities

• Melakukan analisa pasar dan persaingan bisnis, serta melakukan pengembangan strategi sales di wilayah regionalnya.
• Melakukan evaluasi kinerja tim secara reguler dan memastikan pencapaian target sales berjalan dengan baik sehingga tercapainya profitabilitas regional.
• Melakukan pemetaan Mitra Dealer dan menganalisa kinerja, serta memberikan dukungan yang dibutuhkan.
• Membangun hubungan baik dengan pemilik Dealer.
• Mengkomunikasikan dan memastikan implementasi kebijakan sales perusahaan dilakukan oleh seluruh tim.

• Pendidikan minimal D3 terbuka untuk semua jurusan.
• Wemiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Area Manager atau 6 tahun sebagai Branch Manager dengan fokus pada industri leasing atau dealer financing.
• Memiliki kepemimpinan yang kuat dan kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
• Memiliki kemampuan analisa yang kuat sehingga mampu memecahkan masalah dengan tepat.
• Memiliki integritas yang tinggi.
• Memiliki jaringan dan relasi yang luas di wilayah tersebut.

• Menjalin hubungan baik dengan client
• Melakukan Daily, Weekly & Monthly report
• Melakukan dinas ke luar kota (jika diperlukan)
• Dapat mempromosikan program yang dimiliki Company kepada para Client

• Memastikan seluruh KPI Cabang di lingkup Area dapat dicapai dengan baik
• Memastikan kualitas dan kuantitas portofolio berkembang sesuai dengan tujuan dan sasaran yang ditetapkan oleh Amartha
• Memastikan proses perekrutan, pelayanan dan pendampingan mitra dilakukan sesuai dengan SOP dan
• Memastikan strategi, pengelolaan, proses dan operasional seluruh cabang dalam lingkup area yang dibina
• Memastikan keseluruhan administrasi kantor cabang lengkap dan tertib.
• Memastikan operasional kantor cabang dapat berjalan dengan baik dengan memastikan perizinan, infrastruktur, inventaris terpenuhi.
• Memastikan bahwa kebijakan dan prosedur secara ketat ditaati oleh semua staf di kantor cabang
• Memastikan seluruh staf memberikan kinerja terbaik dengan memperoleh training, pemantauan kinerja dan pengelolaan konflik.
• Memastikan operasional cabang di Regionalnya dapat berjalan melalui pemenuhan dan pengelolaan SDM
• Memastikan ekspansi yang ditetapkan Amartha dapat berjalan dengan baik
• Memastikan kualitas portfolio sesuai dengan tujuan Amartha dan nilai audit cabang sesuai dengan ekspekstasi management.
• Menegakkan prinsip keterbukaan di cabang

• Pendidikan terakhir minimum Diploma
• Memiliki pengalaman bertanggung jawab dalam memimpin minimal 2 Cabang
• Berpengalaman memimpin lebih dari 5-10 anggota tim
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di Micro Finance sebagai Koordinator/Supervisor/Kepala Cabang/Area Manager
• Dapat menyusun strategi sales & marketing sebagai paduan tim untuk mencapai target
• Mempunyai motor dan SIM C
• Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh regional Kalimantan Tengah

• Takes responsibility for the quality of service delivered to clients, ensuring clients obtain maximum value from products and services. 
• May lead projects between business and client teams; develop translatable client action plans with internal teams (i.e. responsibilities, timeframes, and resources); provide in-depth training in databases and products, and become the SME for Statistical Methodology.
• Develop and manage deployment of Tech & Apps products.
• In charge of communication with the internal stakeholders within IQVIA to any discussion related to Statistical Methodology, Quality Control Initiatives, and new Offering Development.
• Provide technical support to clients when required.
• Analyze the customer’s requirement and ensure that the outcomes are delivered on time, follows high quality standards and meets customer’s expectations
• Researches, analyzes and responds to client inquiries that are routine in nature.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree of Statistical / Data Science from Reputable University
• Min 3 years of Experience as Data Science with deep knowledge of Indonesia Pharma Market
• Strong Exposure in market research Agency is preferred
