Position Overview

The Territory Account Sales Executive (TASE) expands new business and renewals in important accounts to exceed financial and business objectives. You will be assigned sales quota and performance and measured by meeting quarterly and annual targets through up-selling, add-on sale, and cross-selling. You will report to a Territory Sales Leader and work with our Inside Sales Team, Autodesk Partner Management, Autodesk Channel Partners, Account-based Marketing and Autodesk Field Sales.

This position is based in Indonesia and we offer hybrid work arrangements.

Responsibilities

• You will generate new business by creatively expanding existing accounts and manage renewals.
• You will evaluate and prepare business plans for all assigned account, which involves evaluating customer profile, create value messaging, and target steps needed to implement the account plans.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience with sales track record carrying a quota in a direct led mid-market sales environment offering complex business solutions
• Experience in Sales process and account planning. (TAS, Value-based Selling)
• Experience in executive selling and relationship management
• Track-record in growing global accounts
• Channel sales experience
• High proficiency in both spoken and written Bahasa and English required to conduct business with our customers in Indonesia

Job Purpose:  

The Product Manager has overall responsibility for achieving the sales and profit targets for the related product groups and creating the highest return for both TD SYNNEX and the vendor. While responsible for revenue outcomes, this is a sales enablement position. This will be achieved through marketing programs, sales training, sales support, technical pre-sales support, vendor contract and vendor relationship.
