1. Mengelola salesforce canvassing atau general trade

2. Membuat dan mengevaluasi jadwal kunjungan harian salesforce

3. Memastikan salesforce dan armadanya siap digunakan operasional lapangan

4. Menjalin relasi yang baik ke pemilik / penanggung jawab outlet

5. Membantu pengembangan penjualan di outlet (selling in & out)

6. Mencari atau membuka outlet baru dan menutup outlet 

Job Description :

• Collaborate with HR Manager to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• 
  
• Source potential candidates through various channel, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
• 
  
• Review resumes and applications to screen candidates based on qualifications, skills, and experiences
• 
  
• Conduct initial screenings to access candidate suitability and interest in available positions
• 
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members
• 
  
• Facilitate the interview process, including conducting in-person or virtual interviews
• 
  
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time to fill, source of hire, and candidate pipeline status

Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree in Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related major.

• Understand of recruitment principles, techniques, and best practices
• 
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
• 
  
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
