What a Marketing Analyst does at Visa

The individual will be responsible for implementing client marketing VAS projects to our clients in Indonesia and delivering tactical marketing solutions by working closely with local and regional marketing teams, regional Partner Marketing Services team, Business Development team, Visa’s Consulting team, and external agencies.

There may also be some of the capacity of this role that will be dedicated to supporting the Indonesia marketing team on client events, merchandising, and other client marketing engagements.

The Analyst will report to the Head of Marketing, Indonesia, and based in Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring the “best of Visa” marketing to our key clients and work cohesively with Visa marketing community locally, regionally, and globally, as well as the local Indonesia Business Development, Visa Consulting and Business Development teams.
• Be responsible for implementing Marketing VAS projects and handling co-marketing client engagements with local Visa Client Marketing team and Business Development Teams.
• Work closely with all relevant marketing and finance teams, locally and regionally, and external agencies to ensure the effective and timely delivery of revenue and margins associated to Marketing VAS commitments.
• Take charge of administrative deliverables related to client marketing project management and VAS including but not limited to marketing approvals, procurement processes, contract management and VIK process management in full compliance with Visa’s policy and process.
• Be responsible to support marketing related activities in cross-functions / company events as assigned and upon business context and requirements (client forums, client events, merchandising, and other client marketing engagements). Participate in the internal business agenda and activities cross-functionally as assigned and act as Visa’s brand custodian to ensure all marketing materials adheres to internal branding guidelines.

• Manage all incoming leads for the booking of guest rooms and/or meeting/catering functions 

• Develop lead sources through prospecting, referrals, trace files, and cold calls 

• Exceed personal sales goals, monthly, quarterly, annually, through account development and maintenance 

• Conduct site inspections with prospective and existing clients 

• Develop and implement new sales strategies, tactics and action plans for account base 

• Quote and negotiate prices within established parameters with potential and existing clients. Prepare contracts for clients  

• Manage events from the beginning to the end, process all the information pertaining to bookings (to include but not limited to):  

• Electrical, internet, telecom, audio-visual and exhibit requirements 

• Obtain guarantees of food and beverage events from Banquets and kitchen 

• Prepare creative menu proposals with the Chef while keeping in mind food cost, labor cost and kitchen facilities  

• Maintain and update current account information records 

• Ensure rooming list is received 30 days prior to arrival with updated billing instructions 

• Ensure that deposits/cancellation fees where applicable are forwarded to the Accounting department   

• Disseminate event information to the appropriate departments via memos, emails, banquet event orders, directives and rooming lists in a professional and timely manner 

• Conduct daily meeting to review event contracts to ensure last minute changes are communicated accordingly 

• Conduct pre-conference meetings to ensure that key departments are fully aware of relevant details  

• Maintain visibility throughout events and be the on-site client liaison  

• Follow up post-event to address any issues whilst soliciting return business 

• Establish good business and social relationships within the industry and participate in PR activities to increase sales leads for the Hotel

Seorang AV Programmer bertanggung jawab untuk merancang, mengembangkan, dan mengimplementasikan solusi kontrol dan integrasi audio-visual (AV). • Mengelola jalur sinyal audio, room tuning, dan optimasi suara.
• Mengatur komunikasi antara mikrofon (termasuk ceiling mic), speaker, dan perangkat AV lainnya.
• Integrasi dan Pemrograman Videowall
• Menyusun pengaturan distribusi video melalui SDVoE atau protokol lain seperti HDBaseT.
• Memastikan kompatibilitas dan sinkronisasi antar layar untuk tampilan videowall.
• Troubleshooting dan Pemeliharaan Sistem
• Mendiagnosis dan memperbaiki masalah teknis pada perangkat lunak dan perangkat keras AV.
• Memberikan pelatihan dasar kepada pengguna akhir untuk mengoperasikan sistem kontrol.
• Kolaborasi Tim dan Dokumentasi
• Bekerja sama dengan desainer sistem, teknisi instalasi, dan tim proyek untuk memastikan sistem sesuai spesifikasi.
• Membuat dokumentasi proyek, termasuk diagram kontrol, skema integrasi, dan panduan penggunaan.
• Belajar dan Mengembangkan Keahlian
• Secara aktif belajar sistem baru seperti Crestron, TapHome, dan protokol integrasi lainnya.
• Mengikuti sertifikasi dan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan keahlian teknis di bidang kontrol dan integrasi.

Kualifikasi:

• Lulusan SMA-K/D3/S1
• Minimal mempunyai basic dibidang ilmu komputer, mengerti ilmu programing lebih baik
• Bekerja mobile ke project dan siap ditempatkan sesuai project yang sedang berjalan
• Mau belajar dan menambah wawasan

· Membuat laporan, penawaran, menjawab quotation, dan membuat surat terkait kebutuhan lainnya

· Membantu proses P.O, D.O, W.O, Stock barang, Filing dokumen

· Mensupport tim technical dan sales

· Menjawab telpon, whatsapp, email masuk dan terkait kebutuhan customer 

· Melakukan proses penerimaan barang masuk dan pengiriman barang ke customer

· Bertanggung jawab terkait beberapa kebutuhan administrasi 

· Membantu merekap, mencatat file, dokumen dan barang kebutuhan tim

· Melaporkan secara berkala kepada atasan
