Redcomm Indonesia, a leading advertising agency, is currently seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Account Executive to join our team. As a Sr. Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing advertising campaigns, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will serve as the main point of contact between the agency and clients, providing expert guidance and insights on marketing and advertising strategies. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all communication
• Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, goals, and marketing objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, production, and strategy, to develop effective advertising campaigns
• Create and present proposals and campaign strategies to clients, incorporating their feedback and objectives
• Manage the execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are met within budget and timeline
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to clients to demonstrate campaign impact
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling to existing clients
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in advertising and marketing

• Proven experience 2-3 years as an Account Executive or similar role within an advertising agency
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships
• Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles, strategies, and tactics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills

• Assist in processing and reviewing invoices.
• Inputting transactional data.
• Manage and flag bank mutations.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
• Collect and file hardcopy documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end closing activities.
• Work fully onsite at Citra Tower, Kemayoran.

About the role

As an Admin support, you will have the opportunity to participate in important projects, create and implement strategies to enhance the adoption of new digital products for Amartha's partners across all operational areas. You will collaborate with the Field Operations team & Head Office to achieve set targets.

Responsibilities

● Performing a verification check on the submission of specimens from Point.

● Submitting specimen signing requests to the COO

● Sending specimens that have been signed by the COO to Point.

● Providing solutions for issues related to the opening of new accounts or updating specimens

faced by Point.

● Monthly recap of specimen submissions and resolutions for new account openings and

specimen changes.

The qualifications that you must have

● Open for Fresh Graduate (D3-S1)

● Have good communication skill to collaborate with cross division and field team

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office

● Comfortable working in a complex and face-paced environment

• Pendidikan minimal Diploma / SMK / SMA.

• Conduct and Evaluate weekly Ops new joiner and existing employee training

• Coordinate with Ops leaders in training delivery

• Facilitate Modul for Ops training (development)

• Report directly to L&D Manager for any Ops Training Activity (Daily, Weekly & Monthly)

• Assisting L&D Department for Non-Ops Training if needed

• Facilitate refreshment program if needed

• Create and update organization structure periodically
• Conduct Job Analysis, Job Description, and Job Evaluation
• Collaborate with superiors to formulate the company's soft and technical competency dictionary 
• Handle employee performance management (planning, monitoring, and evaluation)

• All marketing activities of core business field (product) to increase market share and profitability
• Develop pricing strategy by alignment between internal and exxternal factor
• Coordination of product strategy between relevant Product Specialist (PS) and Key Account Manager
• Position the Bosch brand within the targeted segment, define, plan and execute brand supporting activities for a particular channel
• Assist the Sales team with Bosch’s involvement within all channel related Conferences, Sponsorships and Events
• Create and maintain full transparency over relevant competitor activities in the particular channel with regards to portfolio, coverage, pricing, POS activities and develop counteractivities
• Sales data analysis for Customer Database, Sales Achievement, Customer Contract and Program.
