About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager with a strong background in civil projects, specifically in managing the construction of warehouses, factories, and other medium to large-scale industrial structures. This role is critical to ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of our upcoming civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience overseeing such projects, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. They will collaborate with site teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Key Duties and Delights

• Lead and manage the execution of civil construction projects (warehouses, factories, industrial facilities) , and also other commercial and prefabricated projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules to guide project execution.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure all project phases meet technical and design specifications.
• Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality work and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments, quality control inspections, and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and any potential issues.
• Manage project resources efficiently to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies across projects to enhance project delivery.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance in a dynamic work environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing civil construction projects.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of construction project management tools and best practices.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements in both civil and commercial construction.
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, or similar).
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

As a Complaint Management Support you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively addressing and resolving complaints. This position involves close collaboration with various teams to enhance the overall customer experience and drive improvements in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, log, and track customer complaints via various channels (phone, email, social media, etc.).
• Investigate and analyze complaints, coordinating with relevant departments to gather information and implications.
• Communicate with customers regarding their complaints, providing timely updates and resolutions.
• Document all complaints and resolutions in the complaint management system accurately.
• Identify trends in complaints and work with teams to develop strategic improvements for enhanced customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in customer service or complaint management roles.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify the root cause of complaints and propose effective solutions.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards in all interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being proactive and self-motivated.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Fluency in Indonesian and good command of English is required.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure.

You will be responsible for analyzing logistics and transport data to drive efficiency, minimize costs, and improve lead times. Your role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to pilot new projects and identify opportunities for growth. Additionally, you will monitor logistics performance and enhance the user experience through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport & Logistics Optimization: Develop and implement transport and logistics plans that maximize efficiency while minimizing costs.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze logistics data, identify trends, and prepare performance metrics for management. Provide actionable insights through reports and presentations.
