Job Description :

• Direct all operational aspects of the branch in a manner that supports reaching the profitability goals
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
• Evaluate regularly the effectiveness of the branch operation, to see that policies are being observed and that goals are being attained
• Manager branch budget
• Direct assess lokal market conditions, identify current and prospective sales opportunities and develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans for the branch
• Ensure safety regulations are adhered to
• Direct warehouse operations. Mantain necessary inventory levels
• Direct accounts receivable activities, ensure collection debt is collected

Responsibilities

• Memimpin seluruh tim cabang di wilayah tersebut.
