Job Description:

• Support the sales team by providing operational assistance in the planning and execution of sales strategies.
• Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with various departments (marketing, finance, technical) to facilitate smooth sales operations.
• Monitor sales KPIs and assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
• Maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate sales tracking and customer information.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations or related role.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.

This position is responsible for delivering administrative assistance to the Corporate Talent & Culture teams whilst providing ongoing support with the implementation and management of Talent & Culture processes across Middle East, Asia and Pacific. This role will focus on streamlining administrative operations, to deliver continuous support and execution of Talent & Culture initiatives

• Prepare daily payment to supplier in line with SOP and payment schedule
• Prepare journal entries and assist monthly close process
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation
• Perform monthly intercompany reconciliation
• Prepare documentation for audit process
• Fixed Asset monitoring

• Oversee daily operations of online B2C marketplaces and offline store; ensuring product listings, stock levels, and pricing are accurate and competitive.
• Manage a small team of marketplace sales staff, ensuring they meet performance and sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and disputes, ensuring timely follow-ups and high satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and drive growth.
• Manage livestream events and other marketplace initiatives to boost engagement and sales.
• Analyze weekly sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Monitor competitor pricing, trends, and customer preferences, providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, marketing, product, finance, supply chain) to optimize processes and support business needs.

• Drive revenue growth across Bosch Home Experience Centres in Indonesia, currently 4 locations, with plans to expand.
• Ensure each Experience Centre operates as a premium showroom where Kitchen Retail partners can send customers for product demonstrations and consultations.
• Collaborate with Kitchen Retailers to facilitate seamless customer journeys, ensuring customers can make informed choices at the Experience Centres and complete their purchases.
• Monitor performance metrics and sales data, providing regular reports on revenue targets and improvement areas.
• Lead the expansion of Bosch Home Experience Centres across Indonesia, growing from 4 to 30 locations within three years.
• Identify and secure partnerships with new and existing partners to support the hub-and-spoke model for retail outreach.
• Oversee all operational aspects of new centre openings, including site selection, partner onboarding, and staff training.
• Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to enhance the in-store experience, making the Bosch Home Experience Centres a destination for immersive product exploration.
• Work closely with the marketing team to execute product demonstrations, events, and interactive sessions for potential customers and retail partners.
• Gather customer feedback from the Experience Centres and share insights with product, marketing, and retail teams to improve the overall Bosch customer experience.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Experience Centre partners, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure mutual success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent brand message and customer experience across all Experience Centres.
