• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day layer poultry operations, ensuring adherence to best practices for animal husbandry and production.

Role Overview

As the Product Manager - Loyalty and Promotion, you will be responsible for building and scaling a Loyalty and Promotion platform that serves multiple product lines within Telkomsel Group and extends as a B2B2C service to corporate clients outside the group. What you will do but not limited to:

• Co-crafting product vision and prioritization 

• Lead the design, development, and launch of a Loyalty and Promotion platform for Indico’s internal business units (B2B2C and B2C), as well as external corporate clients through a B2B2C service model. 

• Build a scalable SaaS and API-based Loyalty and Promotion product that external businesses can easily integrate into their own systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong understanding of key performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.

The Strategic Investor Senior Manager will be part of a dynamic team focusing on improving FSMK’s capital position by raising debt regionally across Accredited Investors (AIs), High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI), and Family Offices (FO) segments. • Manage and act as the primary face to the market in the identification and approach to AI/HNW/FO; including identification of overseas funding sources and developing the materials
• Providing a differentiated alternative suite of private investments and advice to potential/ existing clients

• Supporting front/ middle/ backend processing functions
• Leading due diligence matters with various clientele

What we are looking for:

• Tertiary qualification in business administration, finance, economics, or related field
