• User Validation: Where it makes sense, first conduct user research and testing to validate the feasibility and desirability of the scoped MVPs
• Prioritize Ideas: Prioritize the above MVPs based on their potential to achieve desired outcomes and the effort required

Ensure Successful Product Delivery:

• Provide clear and validated requirements to the Tech team to ensure successful development.
• Act as a liaison between Tech and other teams, removing blockers and facilitating smooth communication.
• Oversee the product launch process, ensuring timely and successful releases.
• Conduct post-launch reviews to gather insights and continuously improve the product.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a tech startup or similar environment.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Tech, Design, and Business Stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Expertise in balancing user (Supermoms and Supermom Clients) needs with business (Supermom Pte Ltd) goals and technical constraints.
• Proficiency in leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision-making.
• A deep understanding or willingness to learn of our target users, parents and brands looking to connect with parents.
• Experience in optimizing B2C flows and Marketing Automation tools preferred.

Your responsibilities, but not limited to: 

• Analyses, develop and implement strategic portfolio management plans to maximize the performance and growth of the digital business portfolios that align with the objective. 

• Monitor and evaluate the financial and operational performance of each portfolio company, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive success.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex financial and market data.

This position is to assist Director of Talent & Culture organize handling day to day Talent & Culture operations.

What you will be doing:

• Ensure new Heartist feel welcome and all team members are prepared for the new Heartist arrival
• Ensure that all Managers and Heartist are following the T&C procedures
• Handling payroll and administrative support of T&C daily operations
• Assist in dealing with all Heartist related queries at all levels
• Counsel & advise all Heartist on matters of their employment
• Oversee the operation of Heartist cafeteria and ensure proper menu rotation is in place, as well as hygiene and quality standards are followed
