Key Responsibilities:

1. CRM and Customer Life-Cycle Management:

•        Collaborate with Meta support and technical teams to resolve messaging-related challenges.

3. Performance Marketing and Campaign Execution:

•        Plan and manage campaigns across digital and messaging platforms, aligning with broader marketing objectives.

•        Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.

•        Create and present detailed performance reports with actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders.

•        Conduct A/B testing and other iterative processes to enhance campaign performance.

4. Sender ID Management:

•        Oversee the registration, approval, and compliance of sender IDs across messaging platforms.

•        Develop strategies to maintain consistent branding and enhance sender ID recognition.

•        Ensure alignment with platform and regulatory requirements for sender ID usage.

5. Data-Driven Insights and Client Solutions:

•        Use data analysis to inform and refine campaign strategies and customer

•        engagement approaches.

•        Provide clients with tailored recommendations based on data-driven insights to meet their marketing goals.

•        Collaborate with data science and analytics teams to develop and integrate innovative data solutions.

•        Use data visualization tools to create compelling and easily understandable reports for stakeholders.

6. Expertise in the Meta Ecosystem:

•        Utilize tools like Meta Ads Manager, Audience Insights, and Business Suite to complement CRM and messaging efforts.

•        Drive integration between Meta platforms and CRM systems to ensure seamless campaign execution.

•        Develop and implement retargeting strategies and lookalike audiences to maximize customer reach and engagement.

7. Collaboration and Communication:

•        Act as a liaison between clients, sales, and technical teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of campaigns.

•        Clearly communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

•        Provide ongoing training and updates on Meta tools, WhatsApp services, and CRM best practices to team members.

About the role

Coordinate day-to-day project delivery, management of project financials and drive client relationship management for assigned FIS client.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop and implement innovative strategies to streamline plant operations and reduce costs so as to support the company’s ability to compete.
2. Screening, recruiting and training factory workers in accordance with the standards set by the company.
3. Ensure the implementation of quality supervision, by directing quality control officers to perform their responsibilities.
4. Ensure that every tool and machine is in good condition to support the running of the production process and the achievement of optimal production results.
5. Directing the PPIC Manager to prepare planning and making pre-production documents as a basis for implementing the production process properly and correctly.
6. Planning the procurement of materials and production materials accurately and efficiently, so that they are available on time as needed.
7. Conduct periodic evaluations of material and spare parts stocks to be able to determine the right use strategy and reduce excessive stock.
8. Perform value engineering to find production and construction systems, as well as the use of the right materials to get optimal results at an efficient cost.
9. Ensure that PPIC conducts accurate and neat inventory control and periodically carries out stock-taking with the accounting department and is responsible for the results.
10. Ensure the maintenance of machinery, tools and facilities both office and building is carried out properly.
11. Motivate all factory employees to have a good work ethic for mutual progress.
12. Maintain good relations and coordination between parts of the factory organization.
13. Instill an understanding of cultural values, mission and vision of the company to all factory personnel and apply them in daily work activities.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Oversee the management of clients' tax obligations, including VAT, Corporate Income Tax, and Withholding Taxes (Articles 21/23/25), ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Ensure the accurate and timely preparation and submission of clients' tax reports.
• Assist clients in resolving tax-related issues, including tax audits, disputes, or appeals.
• Prepare clients' financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK or IFRS).
• Perform financial reconciliations to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Guide and supervise the performance of junior accounting staff within the team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Conduct training sessions for the team on the latest tax regulations and accounting practices.

• ERP Project Management: 

 - Lead and oversee the successful implementation of ERP projects from planning

Requirements :

 - A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, 

  Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

 - Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an ERP consultant, with a strong 

   preference for candidates with experience in the manufacturing industry.

 - Proven track record of managing and delivering successful ERP projects.

 - Strong Project Management skills with experience handling cross-functional teams 

   and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

 - Solid understanding of ERP systems, system design, and configuration.

 - Ability to analyze and improve business processes with a focus on maximizing ERP 

   system performance.

 - Fluent in English (oral and written).

 - Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia (oral and written).

 - Maximum age of 35 years.
