As the DevSecOps Manager at Kartu Prakerja,you will be at the forefront of orchestrating and overseeing our development, security, and operations. In this pivotal role, your focus will be on integrating security measures into our continuous integration and deployment pipelines, maintaining the highest standards of system performance and data protection. • Proven experience in a DevSecOps leadership role, particularly in high-traffic, public sector environments.
• Expertise in secure CI/CD pipeline construction and management (Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI, etc.).
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) with a focus on security.
• Strong scripting skills in languages like Bash, Python, or Ruby, with an emphasis on automating security tasks.
• In-depth knowledge of infrastructure and configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform), integrating security best practices.
• Experience with major cloud platforms (Alibaba Cloud, AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure as code, with a focus on secure deployment.
• Familiarity with event-driven platforms (Kafka, NSQ, RabbitMQ) and their secure implementation.
• Background in secure microservices architecture development or design.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, especially in the context of security challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the DevOps practices and processes.

• Manage and oversee the deployment and release processes.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, recommend and implement improvements.
• Work with development teams to optimize the CI/CD pipeline and automate repetitive tasks.
• Manage and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, setting goals and providing guidance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DevOps.

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Proficient with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python, etc.).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Knowledge of networking and security principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
