Job Description:

• Monitor device availability using monitoring tools, making report to Lead team every 1 hours

• Take notes and provide reports, daily reports and ticketing

• Carry out daily physical health check monitoring for each device

• immediate information and assistance as needed

• Perform security execution steps based on analysis from L2

• Memastikan, Memeriksa dan Memproses Final Account (FA) yang diterima dengan lengkap & benar sampai dengan persetujuan Holding sudah ditandatangani lengkap sesuai dengan RAD dan target waktu yang ditentukan
• Memastikan, Memeriksa dan Memproses Tagihan Pekerjaan Tambah Kurang (VO) yang diterima dengan lengkap & benar sampai dengan persetujuan Holding sudah ditandatangani lengkap sesuai dengan RAD dan target waktu yang ditentukan
• Memastikan, Memeriksa dan Memproses Tagihan Progres Pekerjaan yang diterima dengan lengkap & benar sampai dengan Berita Acara Pembayaran (BAP) diterima oleh Kontraktor/Supplier dengan sudah ditandatangani lengkap sesuai dengan RAD dan target waktu yang ditentukan
• Memeriksa, Mengkoreksi dan Memastikan Dokumen Kontrak sesuai dengan hasil negosiasi
