Some of your duties will include:

Responsible for overseeing all maintenance and repair activities within the Process Maintenance’s Central Workshop to support the smooth operation of the mineral processing plant. This role ensures the reliability, availability, and safety of mechanical equipment and tools, while also leading a team of technicians to achieve operational targets efficiently and in compliance with company policies and standards.

Workshop Operations Management:

·        Plan, organize, and supervise daily maintenance and repair tasks in the central workshop to support plant operations.

·        Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.

·        Equipment Maintenance and Repair:

·        Oversee the maintenance and repair of critical plant equipment, such as crushers, conveyors, pumps, and other mechanical systems.

Resource Management:

·        Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables, ensuring availability for timely repairs.

Reporting and Documentation:

·        Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and workshop performance metrics.

·        Generate regular reports for the Process Maintenance Manager.

Continuous Improvement:

·        Identify opportunities for improving maintenance processes and implementing best practices.

·        Collaborate with other departments to ensure the workshop’s activities align with plant operational goals.

Some of your duties will include:

The Supervisor Scaffolding will oversee and ensure the safe and efficient erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures for the Process Expansion Project in a mineral processing plant. This includes coordinating with engineering, construction, and safety teams to meet project schedules and safety standards. The role also involves leading a team of scaffolding workers to execute tasks aligned with project specifications and regulatory requirements.

§  Interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications to develop scaffolding requirements.

§ Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment for scaffolding works.

§ Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to integrate scaffolding activities into the project timeline.

§ Supervise and manage scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling on-site; Conduct routine inspections to ensure structural stability, compliance, and quality; Provide technical guidance to scaffolding teams to address challenges during installation or modifications.

§ Enforce strict adherence to company and regulatory safety standards (e.g., OSHA, local mining regulations); Identify and mitigate potential hazards related to scaffolding activities; Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for scaffolding teams.

§ Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of scaffolding inspections, incident reports, and safety audits; Prepare daily progress reports and submit them to the Construction Manager; Ensure inventory of scaffolding materials and equipment is well-maintained and documented.

§ Train workers in scaffolding techniques, safety practices, and the proper use of tools.

§ Foster a collaborative and productive work environment among scaffolding crews.

• Mampu menggunakan AutoCAD dan Microsoft Office.
• Sudah memiliki Sertifikat Vaksin Covid-19 dan sudah Booster.

Some of your duties will include:

• Organizes and plans work efficiently and completes work within or ahead of schedule with minimal rework.

·        Conduct regular training sessions with employees to ensure they are aware of and comply with mechanical plumbing codes and standards.

Some of your duties will include:

·        To supervise staff in the day-to-day activities associated with air conditioning & refrigeration work.

• Reviewing work order, prepare plan, take measurements and have estimate resource requirements and work schedule.
• Ensure the air condition and refrigeration damages have been handled by the technician.
• Arrange the preventive maintenance AC schedule and ensure that it would be done as scheduled.
• Report to the supervisor if any damage needs more taking action.
• Ensure the supply of material coming as plan made
• Active to find a way for efficiency in line with GMP program.
• Maintain tools and equipment in serviceable condition and store them.
• Prepare work inspection and completion reports.
• Maintain a safe and neat work area and report defects, incidents and unsafe conditions.
• Update the STP if required and make some changes needed

·        Responsible for ensuring the job activities in electrical maintenance area are meet with quality standard and compliance with the regulation, this includes but is not limited to inspection of corrective maintenance works, general inspection of tool and equipment

·        To coordination with related supervisor in regard for quality assurance according to company standards and company requirement;

Responsibilities :

• Lead the MD and SPM team in the assigned branch area Central Java and manage the coordination of work in the retail sector in order to create harmony in terms of sales (Sell out) so as to achieve goals in accordance with predetermined company standards.
• Conduct regular routine training for MD and SPM to conduct training in their respective areas (coordinate with HO trainers).
• Collaborate with branch sales teams to improve and develop sales activities in stores as part of the retail strategy.
• Manage the overall process (recruitment request) of Merchandisers and Promoters in their respective areas.
• Build and maintain good business relationship with store owners in each area.
• Produce necessary weekly/monthly reports related to Retail in each area.
