• Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar position
• Strong understanding of food and beverage management

What you will be doing:

• Provide supervision to Reservations team to ensure department standards and policies are adhered to, making recommendations where necessary to reach overall performance goals
• Ensure information provided to guests is accurate and individualized
• Attend to all guest queries in a prompt, professional manner to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
• Coach Reservations Agent in areas of up-selling, cross-selling and ongoing skill set knowledge
• Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure call volumes are managed in the most efficient manner possible, administrative duties are completed and productivity is maximized
• Assist Reservations Manager in preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Assist in the coordination of new rate offers including rate building, determining operational flows, communicating offers to the hotel community, and deficiency testing
• Ensure smooth shift changes with proper pass-on to the next shift

- Mencari Calon Konsumen

- Membantu Calon Konsumen dalam Proses Pengambilan Kredit

- Melakukan Proses Survey

- Membina Hubungan baik dengan Konsumen

Uraian Tanggung Jawab: 

1.Pemeriksaan yang dilakukan adalah Visit Lapangan. 

2.Membuat Laporan Harian kepada atasan. 

3.Melakukan kunjungan kepada konsumen yang telah ditentukan oleh atasan. 

4.Memastikan ketentuan perusahaan telah dijalankan oleh Cabang. 

Persyaratan/Kualifikasi lainnya : 

- Pria, Pendidikan min S1 

- Fresh Graduate/memiliki pengalaman audit min 1 tahun 

- Mampu mengoperasikan Ms.Excel 

- Bersedia perjalanan dinas apabila diperlukan 

- Memiliki motor yang digunakan untuk pribadi dan SIM C 

- Memiliki kemampuan untuk bisa menganalisis serta menemukan kejanggalan atau ketidaksesuaian suatu proses kerja dengan ketentuan perusahaan 

- Memiliki kemampuan untuk menggali informasi dengan baik
