The Human Resources Coordinator will play a key role in supporting HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee engagement, optimize HR processes, and support strategic decision-making involved in talent management.
Key Responsibilities:
A.Ā Ā Ā Ā Administration:
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Administer onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires in HRIS.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Maintain and update employee records and information.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Track employee attendance and absences.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Support payroll preparation and related documentation.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Organize and maintain HR documentation and files.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
B.Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Talent Acquisition:
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Help create and improve onboarding programs for new employees.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Schedule and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Develop and manage job postings across various platforms.
C.Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Employee Relations:
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Assist in addressing employee concerns and queries.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Facilitate communication between employees and management.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Support initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Help coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
D.Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Additional Tasks: **
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Assist with HR metrics reporting and analysis.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Participate in performance review processes.

Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Background in Hospitality or related industries
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Min. 2 years of experience in theĀ Human Resources Field
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Strong in administration including expertise in Microsoft Office
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Eagerness to learn and adapt to different projects and requirements
