In this role, you will deliver key business insights, streamline processes, and optimize operational efficiency. You’ll support our CEO Office by tracking performance metrics, driving data-driven strategies, and ensuring alignment with AMODA’s business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to support strategic decision-making
• Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights into business performance and operational efficiency

• Support project management efforts, including planning, tracking, and execution of key initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, System Information, Mathematics or a related field
• Min 1 year of experience in business analysis, operations analyst, data analyst, sales operations, sales analyst, or related roles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Retool, Trello) is a plus
• Strong Proficiency in Google Workspace and experience with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, JavaScript, Looker Data Studio, etc)
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to understand the broader business context and align initiatives with organizational goals

As an IT Operation Support, you will be an integral part of our technology team, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and providing support to internal and external stakeholders. Your role will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various teams to maintain a reliable and efficient IT environment.

What you will do, but not limited to:

• Answering customer questions or resolving computer problems via phone, email, online chat, or in person.

Job Description:

• Analysing, diagnosing, and installation to several areas including desktop hardware, operating systems (Windows 7/8/10), application software, network connectivity, databases, printers, scanners, and any related problems

• Maintaining all updates and security patches for applications and operating systems

• Notebook hardware troubleshoot, such as RAM, Hard disk, VGA.

• Updates and closures of trouble tickets and service requests from user

• Maintain communication with end-user and created report to team leader/SPV.

1. Conduct in-depth credit analysis of group lending, including financial statement analysis, credit scoring, and risk rating assignments.
2. Monitor the performance of the credit portfolio, identifying trends, concentrations, and potential risks; prepare regular reports for management.
3. Liaise with Funding Team to define RAC per Lenders to manage PD & CoC as per agreed appetite.
4. Assist in the assessment of credit risk exposure across various portfolios and product lines, providing insights on risk mitigation strategies.
5. Maintain and update credit and portfolio databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for analysis and reporting.
6. Support the development and execution of stress testing scenarios to evaluate portfolio resilience under adverse economic conditions.
7. Work closely with the underwriting, finance, and compliance teams to align on credit policies and ensure adherence to risk management standards.
8. Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact credit risk and portfolio management.
9. Prepare presentations and reports summarizing credit risk assessments and portfolio performance for senior management and stakeholders.

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) is a plus.
2. 5-7 years of experience in credit analysis, risk management, or portfolio management within the financial services industry, especially in micro segment.
3. Strong understanding of credit risk assessment methodologies, financial analysis, and portfolio management techniques.
4. Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, or risk management software).
5. Knowledge of advanced analytical techniques, including statistical modeling.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.
7. High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
8. Ability to identify issues, think critically, and develop practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.

As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a variety of IT projects aimed at delivering innovative digital solutions in alignment with our strategic objectives. What a Marketing Analyst does at Visa

The individual will be responsible for implementing client marketing VAS projects to our clients in Indonesia and delivering tactical marketing solutions by working closely with local and regional marketing teams, regional Partner Marketing Services team, Business Development team, Visa’s Consulting team, and external agencies.

There may also be some of the capacity of this role that will be dedicated to supporting the Indonesia marketing team on client events, merchandising, and other client marketing engagements.

The Analyst will report to the Head of Marketing, Indonesia, and based in Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring the “best of Visa” marketing to our key clients and work cohesively with Visa marketing community locally, regionally, and globally, as well as the local Indonesia Business Development, Visa Consulting and Business Development teams.
• Be responsible for implementing Marketing VAS projects and handling co-marketing client engagements with local Visa Client Marketing team and Business Development Teams.
• Work closely with all relevant marketing and finance teams, locally and regionally, and external agencies to ensure the effective and timely delivery of revenue and margins associated to Marketing VAS commitments.
• Take charge of administrative deliverables related to client marketing project management and VAS including but not limited to marketing approvals, procurement processes, contract management and VIK process management in full compliance with Visa’s policy and process.
• Be responsible to support marketing related activities in cross-functions / company events as assigned and upon business context and requirements (client forums, client events, merchandising, and other client marketing engagements). Participate in the internal business agenda and activities cross-functionally as assigned and act as Visa’s brand custodian to ensure all marketing materials adheres to internal branding guidelines.
