- Maintain the tasks management system using a standardised approach to continuously optimise operations efficiency
- Own and maintain standardised queries used in regular business review sessions
- Represent an assigned operations region as a Central focal point for troubleshooting, product operations and analytical support.
- Act as a leader of the assigned operations region through implementation, execution and review of high-impact best practices designed by the Regional Ops Team
- Build and maintain strong relationship with Country/City operations teams to leverage Regional Ops and Local Ops sinergy
- Identify improvement opportunities and drive high-impact analysis for informed strategic decision-making.
- Work closely to the Chief of Staff, FP&A and Product teams on key business metrics reporting and business planning cycles (e.g. quarterly planning exercises)

• Develop and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) for security.

Responsibilities:

• Supports the manage and control data flows to and within Finance applications to ensure integrity and completeness of data, including by preparing and recording financial transactions for legal vehicle and regulatory reporting purposes, updating the general ledger, recording financial transactions, and preparing of consolidated financial statements, in accordance with management reporting requirements, for legal vehicle & regulatory purposes. Primary Responsibilities 

IT Operations

• Manage and support all the systems in the hotel

• Provide In-house guest IT related matter troubleshooting

• Coordinate, manage and oversee projects, document process

• Perform regular system’s health check and capacities studies to ensure optimum performance of servers and network

• Manage system changes with appropriate support staff to ensure uninterrupted services
